Self-Service Resources

Wallet Troubleshooting

Common wallet connection issues and solutions:

  • Cannot connect wallet: Ensure your wallet extension is installed, unlocked, and set to the correct network (Ethereum mainnet for live trading, or Sepolia for testnet practice). Try refreshing the page or restarting your browser.
  • Wrong network: Switch your wallet to the network you intend to use. For mainnet trading, select Ethereum Mainnet or a supported L2. For testnet practice, select Sepolia. Most wallets allow network switching in their settings or network selector.
  • Transaction stuck: Transactions can sometimes take longer to process during network congestion. Wait a few minutes and check a block explorer (Etherscan for mainnet or Sepolia Etherscan for testnet) for transaction status.
  • Need testnet tokens: If using Sepolia practice mode, search for "Sepolia faucet" to find free sources of test ETH.

Session Troubleshooting

Common trading session issues:

  • Session not starting: Ensure you have sufficient funds (real ETH/USDC on mainnet, or testnet tokens on Sepolia) and your wallet is connected. Check that the season or session window is currently active.
  • Session stopped unexpectedly: Check if a risk limit was reached (session drawdown, position limit). Review your session history for details.
  • Performance data not loading: Try refreshing the page. Performance calculations may take a moment to update during active trading.

Account & Subscription

  • Changing subscription tier: Visit your account settings on the platform. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Canceling subscription: You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Payment issues: If your payment fails, you will receive a notification with instructions. Contact support@llmtrader.io for billing assistance.

Feature Requests

Have an idea for improving LLMTrader? We welcome feature requests and user feedback. Send your suggestions to support@llmtrader.io with the subject line [Feature Request].

Include:

  • A clear description of the feature you would like
  • Why it would be valuable to you and other users
  • Any examples or references from other platforms

We review all feature requests and consider them for our roadmap.

  • Be cautious of impersonators. Official LLMTrader communication only comes from @llmtrader.io email addresses and our verified social media accounts.
  • Check our official channels before trusting any announcements. Scammers may impersonate LLMTrader in DMs, forums, or social media.
