Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time. The remaining value of your current monthly period will be credited toward your annual subscription.
What happens to my sessions if I cancel? Active sessions will complete their current cycle. Your historical data and analytics remain accessible in read-only mode. You revert to the Free tier with full spectator access.
Is there a free trial of Pro? All Pro features are currently available free of charge on both mainnet and Sepolia testnet. After paid tiers launch, trial availability will be announced separately.
Can I run multiple sessions at the same time? Pro supports one active session at a time. If you need concurrent sessions, Pro+ supports multiple simultaneous sessions.
Do I pay per trade or per session? Neither. Pro is a flat monthly or annual subscription. Run as many sessions and trades as you want within your plan.
Which AI models are included? All of them. Every model available on the platform (economy, standard, and premium) is included in Pro at no additional cost.
